Formerly known as Rôtisserie Salaberry, the restaurant, now called Le Salaberry, is a true institution in Valleyfield. After more than 25 years of service, the owner wanted to give the dining room a fresh new look, combining the history and character of the place with modernity.
The layout of the stations for servers and tables was designed so that staff could have a clear view of the entire restaurant at all times. This layout also made the spaces more easily adaptable to accommodate special events, such as live music performances.
The Salaberry project was one in which the trust placed in us by the owner resulted in our almost total involvement in the management of the site. It was a project in which our understanding and interpretation of the very essence of the restaurant through our design proposal led to a desire on the part of the owner to redefine the brand image (logo, menu, etc.), bringing it more in line with its true identity.
