The Le Meridiem project in Laval is a 72-unit real estate development located on the banks of the Milles-Îles River. This contemporary, urban project, inspired by the surrounding nature, offers living spaces adapted to today’s needs, including the inclusion of a workspace in all units.
Despite a significant increase in the price of materials when construction began on the Le Meridiem Laval project, the quality of the finishes remains consistent with the high standards that the client team was committed to developing: quartz countertops, glass shower panels, and high-end faucets. The durability and ease of maintenance of the materials were also strongly considered when selecting the finishes to ensure the longevity of the homes.
Inspired by the river that runs alongside the complex, the common areas have been decorated in shades of blue and with movements reminiscent of water. The inclusion of the environment inside has certainly contributed to the synergy of the spaces.
The Le Meridiem Laval project is a real estate development that offers stimulating living spaces for tenants while taking into account the need for sustainability sought by the owners. Strong collaboration between the various professionals involved in the project made it possible to find solutions to the challenges encountered while controlling costs and preserving the quality of the spaces.
