XNRGY is a company that offers innovative and sustainable technological solutions in the field of air treatment systems. The company designs, manufactures, and sells heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and aspires to become the supplier of choice for healthcare facilities and large-scale data centers.
XNRGY wanted to offer its employees a contemporary, sleek, and luxurious environment inside the new multifunctional building, located on a 1.2 million square foot site, which would house both the company’s headquarters and factory.
Cléo Katcho’s team worked hard to provide their client with a neutral environment and a selection of raw materials, as requested: black walls, ceilings, and workstations, with wood and glass accents and concrete floors. A green wall, double-height ceilings, a projection of the company logo on the floor, a wine cellar attached to the president’s office, and a relaxation area for employee collaboration added the finishing touches to this multi-purpose building.
The XNRGY project is a project in which small additions enhance the working environment for employees. The large bench along the windows allows employees to relax, reflect, and collaborate while taking a break from their workstations. Ultimately, the design of this large-scale project met the client’s fundamental needs and was already perfectly equipped to meet the new health and safety standards related to COVID-19.
