BMO management’s requirements for their new facility focused on integrating four large work teams under one roof: a call center, the private investment sector, business services, and the Nesbitt Burns department.
The project was designed to effectively showcase the BMO brand image: bright spaces, a double-height lobby that gives the space a grand appearance, and a high-end architectural staircase connecting the departments spread over two floors. In addition, a prestige area, which includes state-of-the-art equipment, was designed specifically for corporate clients.
We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project. We are particularly proud of the collaborative and interactive spaces we created, which are equipped with cutting-edge technology. In addition, there are coffee areas where it is possible to work, Lounges, rest rooms, and an infirmary have been made available to employees.
