These needs are dictated by the company, of course, but above all by the employees who have to perform tasks on a daily basis. <\/p>\n<p>The pandemic, remote working, employee expectations, and the pursuit of well-being in various aspects of our lives, including work, have rapidly disrupted the way we work and will continue to do so for years to come. As a result, office layouts as we know them are also being called into question. <\/p>\n<h4>To question oneself is to begin to adapt.<\/h4>\n<p>A few weeks ago, I gave a presentation to my colleagues at Corporate Connections Canada, Section 2 Montreal, with the aim of providing an overview of the various societal trends that have influenced office design over the past century and a half. The phenomenon we are seeing today is not new.
